How Hope Got Its Start

Hope Hearing was founded to give those seeking hearing amplification and tinnitus treatment a quality audiology practice to call their own. The name is a reminder that there is hope and relief is possible. Dr. Beki Kellogg graduated from Baylor University in 2005. She then completed a four year audiology doctoral program, graduating from the University of North Texas in 2009. She is originally from Texas and practiced in a strong medical setting and busy private practice. Her diverse expertise gives her an abundance of professional medical experience to treat many different hearing related ailments, and Dr. Kellogg has dedicated her professional life to the service of those affected by hearing loss and the unique challenges associated with tinnitus.

Mary Allen

Dr. Mary Allen Pollok

Dr. Mary Allen Pollok received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she studied anatomy, evaluation, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Mary Allen’s clinical background includes pediatric and adult hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, verifications, and aural rehabilitation. She strives to expand her clinical knowledge and expertise in the field of audiology to provide the best care to her patients. In her free time, Mary Allen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis and pickleball, traveling, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.

Keralene

Keralene Mims

Keralene Mims is an experienced medical professional with a deep passion for helping others. She has spent the past 20 years serving patients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In addition to her medical career, Keralene is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family. She is an active member of her church community and loves participating in church groups and activities. She is also an avid reader and weight-lifting enthusiast. She believes in taking care of her body and mind, and making time for regular exercise and self-improvement. Above all, Keralene’s faith is at the center of her life. She is grateful for the many blessings in her life and strives to live her life in a way that honors God and brings joy to others.
