How Hope Got Its Start

Hope Hearing was founded to give those seeking hearing amplification and tinnitus treatment a quality audiology practice to call their own. The name is a reminder that there is hope and relief is possible. Dr. Beki Kellogg graduated from Baylor University in 2005. She then completed a four year audiology doctoral program, graduating from the University of North Texas in 2009. She is originally from Texas and practiced in a strong medical setting and busy private practice. Her diverse expertise gives her an abundance of professional medical experience to treat many different hearing related ailments, and Dr. Kellogg has dedicated her professional life to the service of those affected by hearing loss and tinnitus, locally and across the country.

Mary Allen

Dr. Mary Allen Pollok

Dr. Mary Allen Pollok’s passion for helping others makes her a great addition to Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Mary Allen’s background includes a variety of audiological knowledge, including the impacts of hearing loss and tinnitus on cognition. She is dedicated to providing hope to those seeking relief in their hearing loss and tinnitus. In her free time, Mary Allen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing tennis and pickleball, traveling, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.

Charmaine

Charmaine Walden

Charmaine Walden is the Patient Care Coordinator at Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center in Southlake. She has 40-plus years of customer service experience and transitioned into the heath care industry eight years ago. She has served as a business owner, team leader, and community volunteer. Charmaine has a passion for engaging and encouraging others. Hope Hearing has proven to be the perfect fit because of that passion for helping others, combined with Hope Hearing’s commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience. Her emphasis on working as a team aligns with our family-oriented culture of respect and appreciation for each other and our patients. Outside of work, Charmaine values spending time with her two daughters, who also enjoy careers in health care. She also enjoys new adventures, crafting, kayaking, and being with family and friends.
