They genuinely want to help you improve your life by reducing the effects of tinnitus and helping you hear the things you want to hear….grandkids and spouses voices, etc. The Doctors there are thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced with the latest technology to help you hear more of what you want to hear and less of what you don’t. Hope Hearing is worth the long drive to get there..

From the moment I heard the receptionist’s voice, I knew I was definitely in the right place. Charmaine asked questions that would contribute to the process. Dr. Kellogg was just as calming and was so helpful with my situation. I knew I was in good hands. I entered the office with a pair of hearing aids that didn’t fit correctly. Because they didn’t fit correctly, the hearing was not the best. After extensive testing, I left the office with a pair of hearing aids that fit and worked. The tinnitus was not as prominent. I spent most of my adult life dealing with tinnitus before moving to Dallas and hearing about Hope Hearing and Tinnitus in Southlake,Texas. After meeting and discussing my issues with tinnitus and hearing, the highly competent staff member tested, fitted and sold me hearing aids that significantly helped my tinnitus issue. After a few weeks , my tinnitus was reduced significantly and at present it is hardly noticeable to me while wearing them and sometimes even if I remove them it continues for some time. For me I am very satisfied with the results I am having and know it was worthwhile.

As a first responder, I did not realize the damage that was being done to my ears on a daily basis, even from something as small as wearing a radio earpiece. After my head bounced off a concrete barrier when a drunk hit me back in 2019, my hearing took a sudden turn, and I soon began to realize that I was constantly saying "what" or "huh" to pretty much everything. After a while, I finally decided my health was worth something and made an appointment with Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center. When I walked in, not only was I blown away by how gorgeous the office is, but I immediately felt a sense of calm come over me. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everyone smiled and greeted me by name, which I thought was pretty neat. When Dr. Pollok fitted me for my "ears," the emotions that rushed over me when she turned them on were inexplicable. At every check-up I go to now, I look forward to seeing them and hearing how they are, because I consider them family. Dr. Kellogg always makes sure to come and greet me to see how I am doing as well, which I thought was so personable. They never run behind on appointments, which is nice, and they always come in, sit down, and act as if they have all day to speak with you! That is hard to find these days. I will only ever trust this place with my hearing, and I hope that whoever is reading this decides that this is the day to call and make a positive life-changing decision!

There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home. That is what Hope Hearing feels like. It’s not a regular medical appointment it is a catch up with friends. All the staff is super friendly especially Charmaine. Both Dr. Pollok and Dr. Beki are both understanding and sensitive to my feelings. I highly recommend Hope Hearing if you need relief from tinnitus or what I refer to as my own symphony. You will not be disappointed.

GO....NOW. Tinnitus severely impacts your mental health. A year ago, I lost all hope because I could NOT get away from it and it was driving me CRAZY - and if you suffer from it, you know what I am talking about. It was only getting worse as I got older and most providers told me the same thing - there's no cure. And of course now there are all these "new products that cure" (that really don't). Wasted time and frustration added to my increasing anxiety and depression. When I saw the name Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center, I did my research. On the website, there is a place to listen to the different types of sounds and I could finally tell my family and others what I was hearing constantly....it validated me. I made an appointment. The first time I met Lizzy, she explained all of the research, what they do, she tested my hearing, put the aids in my ears, did some adjusting on the computer and all of a sudden, I promise you on my life, my tinnitus stopped. I started crying and she cried with me. Now - I can't say it's cheap but I am a year in and my tinnitus is not competely gone ... YET... but it is so much more manageable and I am sleeping better, feeling better, and I have HOPE. Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center has saved my sanity. At least call and just ask some questions. If you suffer with tinnitus, don't. Call them.

All the folks at H&H are very nice and accommodating. I think the hearing aide treatment is helping with my tinnitus but I’m only halfway thru at 1.5 yrs into the treatment plan. So hopefully my brain will get reprogrammed by the end and I won’t have the tinnitus problems anymore. But we’ll see. Fingers-crossed.

For a first timer, I’m so glad I chose Hope Hearing to address hearing loss and tinnitus. Everything that is promised on the website is actually what I experienced in person. From the kind and caring scheduler (Charmaine), to Dr. Mary Anne Pollok, the desire to help was clear. Not to be punny but, they really listen, and hear your concerns. Then work hard through a series of tests to get you the best results. I experienced relief on my first day, and I know the hearing and tinnitus will continue to get better under their care.

Great visit! She took the time to answer every one of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel totally at ease. The office was super clean and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps.

What a positive experience! From the first phone call I know I had found the right group to work with. They ask the right questions and made sure that I was fully informed about what to expect and what the services would cost. Your first appointment is so thorough as they go through your personal history, a in depth hearing test and then test your cognitivity. You will learn how your hearing loss and the Tinnitus are linked to your cognitive levels. They go over all of your testing results in great depth and so you see exactly where your hearing loss is and how it lines up with your Tinnitus. They fit the hearing aids and tuned them right there. Every step of the way they took the time to make sure they got the results they needed and you got the education you needed. The first appointment was just over two hours. I left the my appliances and a full understanding of what to expect moving forward. That evening my Tinnitus was significantly less intense and for a time while watching a movie I had for the fist time in 20 years no Tinnitus. The next morning I have Tinnitus levels that half the level they where the day before. I could not be more thrilled with Hope Hearing and Tinnitus positive approach to resolving an issue I thought I would have to live with the rest of my life. Thank You!!

Kelly is super friendly upon entering Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center, very relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The show stopper was Dr Lizzy Jackson, she is beyond awesome!!! The amount of time she spent with me before testing, explaining everything, then reviewing the results, explaining what was going on with my hearing loss and then addressing what can and should help to stop the damn ringing in my head, was nothing short of amazing. Then to top it off she fitted me with what I thought was a trial pair of hearing aides, when in fact they were the pair I was taking home, blew my mind!!! After years of struggling with severe hearing loss and a constant, debilitating ringing in my ears, I had almost given up hope. For so long, I was told that nothing could be done about my tinnitus. It had led to major depression and and, coupled with my severe hearing degradation, I had withdrawn almost completely from any social activity. I had worn hearing aids for over 10 years with little to no improvement in my hearing, and my tinnitus only seemed to get worse. Then, in January of this year, I happened to see a television commercial for Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center. I made an appointment, and my experience has truly been life-altering from the first meeting 8 months ago! The staff there is incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to the guidance of Dr. Lizzy, I have felt an enormous improvement in learning how to deal with my tinnitus and learning how to "tune it out" to the point of barely even noticing it. My anxiety and depression have seriously subsided, and my social activity has improved tremendously. Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center has given me my life back. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone struggling with similar issues.

Hope Tinnitus & Hearing has changed my life. I have mild hearing loss (hereditary) and as a result I suffered from tinnitus. Every step in their process is caring, professional and uses state of the art techniques to help solve my issues. The results have been amazing. This place is just what you want and expect. The staff is courteous, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Immediately I felt this was a first class place and they didn't disappoint. I have been fighting tinnitus for years and have been told there is no cure. I am 1 year into a relationship with these folks and have seen great success. Audio correction is a slow process, a relearning of the brain. I sometimes forget to wear my hearing aids and can definitely feel and hear a difference. Whether or not in the years to come, it goes totally away; I am so pleased with the relief I have experienced. Commit to it and you will absolutely feel the difference.
